Fjällräven is opening a second British store in Ambleside, in the Lake District. Local newspapers report that the site is to be operated by The Mountain Factor, which is already selling the Swedish outdoor brand. Ralph White, manager director of Fjällräven in the U.K., was quoted as saying on this occasion that the brand has enjoyed strong demand in the British market over the past few years. The first Fjällräven store in the U.K. was opened in Manchester around the end of last year.
