Silva to acquire North American rights
Silva Sweden, the Swedish specialist in compasses and headlamps, has reached an agreement with Johnson Outdoors to acquire distribution rights for the Silva brand in North America. They have signed a transfer agreement with the intent to close the sale at the start of next year.
