Sportair, organizer of the successful French Sport Achât fair in Lyon, has decided to launch a new preview of sports apparel collections for the snow and outdoor sectors in Annecy next Jan. 18-19. About 1,200 buyers have been invited for the event, called ASAP for Annecy Showroom Avant-Première. At least 23 major brands will participate including Bergans, Colmar, Dare2Be, Degré 7, Dolomite, Duvillard, Eider, Fusalp, Luhta, Millet, Phenix, Poivre Blanc, Protest, Rossignol, Salomon, Schöffel, Scott, Spyder, Sunvalley, The North Face, Think Pink and Trespass, using their own showrooms in the area or renting them. A shuttle will take the buyers from one place to the other. There will also be a fashion show. Asap will coincide with a preview of skis and other snow sports equipment organized since 2002 in the nearby snow resort of La Cluzaz.
