Sweden’s New Wave Group, the owner of the Craft apparel brand, had a 6 percent increase in sales to 1.06 kronor (€0.11-$0.15)for the third quarter, led by the U.S., which had higher-than-expected growth. On a currency-neutral basis, sales were up by 9 percent. The net profit skyrocketed by 188 percent to SEK 55.5 million (€2.7m-$3.7m). The operating margin was 8 percent. Though the U.S. led the way, the company said that most regions saw increases in the three-month period. The company now says revenues and profits should both be up for the full year.
