The European Outdoor Group has hired a new manager for its Association for Conservation, effective early 2009. Tanya Bascombe will report to Mark Held, EOG’s secretary-general, and will oversee the association’s current projects on a day-to-day basis. Bascombe served for the U.K. operations of both Lowe Alpine and The North Face.
