The Intersport organizations in the U.K. and Austria have decided to start selling products online, joining those in.France, Norway and the Netherlands. The British one is doing it through one of its retail members, The Hut, in a unique arrangement. Intersport Austria has launched its own e-commerce operation through a 100 percent owned subsidiary. The Intersport.at e-shop comprises dedicated areas for fan items and for McKinley outdoor gear. The stock is held in Slovakia. Orders are being taken for the moment for shipment only within Austria, but the service may be subsequently extended to the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, where Intersport Austria operates as well(more in SGI Europe).
