The North Face has launched the Trailhead App, an iPhone application that is powered by EveryTrail. Trailhead allows hikers to find trails and track their progress, and includes more than 300,000 trails around the world for mountain biking, hiking and running. Users can look up trips based on location, activity or user ratings. Once they’ve picked a trail, driving directions from their current location are given. The application is free.
