The Outdoor Retailer Winter Market set a record last month, selling 349,950 square feet of exhibition space. Preliminary figures show that attendance was up by 11 percent for buyers and by 16 percent overall, consistent with the increases seen at last year's Summer Market. The All-Mountain Demo drew more than 1,300 buyers. The whole event's Facebook page recorded 493 new ?likes? and 85,000 page views. In addition, Outdoor Retailer introduced the OR Online HUB, a website that lets brands with exhibits at the show interact with retailers before, during and after the event through on online exhibit. Next year's Winter Market will be held in Salt Lake City on Jan. 20-23.
