The second edition of the Women’s Outdoor Summit, first held in San Francisco in 2017, will take place virtually from Thursday, March 11, through Saturday, March 13, via an interactive and accessible broadcasting platform. The event, organized by Jam Collective, In Solidarity and Ravel Media, is thus easily accessible to an international audience – except for the time difference due to different time zones.
The second Women’s Outdoor Summit is free with a suggested donation to the organization and co-organizer In Solidarity Project to fund future scholarships. The event is geared toward cis and trans women, as well as people who experience gender discrimination in their professional and personal lives. All people who feel comfortable in a space where women’s experiences are central are welcome to attend. The full program of panels and discussions will be posted on www.womensoutdoorsummit.com in mid-Feb. Registration will open in mid-Feb. Companies interested in sponsoring the event can email womensoutdoorsummit21@gmail.com.
