A new consumer-oriented outdoor festival and trade show, Outdoor Show Belgium 2014, is being launched in Belgium for Sept. 26 to 28. The venue is a large area at Libramont that is used every year for a big agricultural fair. It is located close to the French, German and Dutch borders. The show will offer up to 10,000 square meters of enclosed space for exhibitions and conventions and 80,000 m² of outdoor playgrounds for product demos and a variety of outdoor activities such as mountain biking, trail running, trekking, orienteering, climbing, skiing, camping, water sports, etc. A few exhibitors who have already committed themselves to the show including Big Panda, Land Rover, La Want and Kross bicycles. The organizers are targeting suppliers of equipment and clothing for hiking, climbing and camping equipment, among others. With their cooperation, they wish to stage conferences, films, photo exhibitions, concerts and meetings with adventurers and other personalities on the site (details under www.outdoor-belgium.com).
