Messe München will provide free wireless access to the internet with a bandwidth of 1.5 Mbit per second over the entire fairgrounds during the Ispo Munich show. However, it will not be able to guarantee the availability and quality of data transfer, which is naturally subject to data traffic, show exhibits and other sources of interference. Data volume is limited to 50 MB per user per day. To get online, the user will just need to open the browser on his or her computer and accept the general terms for use of the WiFi service. The user will have to give his or her cell phone number to obtain the password via a text message. At each event, the user will need to enter his or her password only once. The OutDoor show in Friedrichshafen has been offering free wifi for at least six years, adding extra capacity and new access possibilities over the years to cope with the strong traffic of data during the fair.
