Outdoor Retailer is introducing a new process for booking hotel rooms during the Summer Market, which is scheduled to run in Salt Lake City from Wednesday, July 31 (open air demo on July 30) through Saturday, Aug. 3. In the coming weeks, quallified retailers, exhibitors, their reps and the working media who booked rooms within OR's official housing block for the Summer 2012 edition will receive an e-mail hotel confirmation from Travel Planners, asking whether there will be any changes.
