Trekmates, the U.K. brand of technical apparel, has a new partner: EV Group, an institutional investor that acquired a substantial minority stake in the Nottingham-based company. The whole deal was worth £8.7 million (€9.8m-$14.3m). For continued growth, Trekmates has additionally reached a debt facility with The Co-operative Bank.
