Two organizers of outdoor and other events have decided to merge under the roof of a holding company: the British OC Group and the French Third Pole. The holding company will be run and owned by the co-founders of the respective companies, Mark Turner and Rémi Duchemin. Third Pole has been the organizer of the Merrell Oxygen Challenge and the Biathlon World Cup to be held in Annecy next year. OC Group’s core business has been sailing events so far.
