Equip Deutschland, the German subsidiary of Equip Outdoor Technologies (owner of Rab and Lowe Alpine), is strengthening its retail marketing. Jakob Schimeck will be responsible for the appearance of Rab and Lowe Alpine at specialist trade partners in the DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) region. Schimeck will mainly be cultivating collaborations, leading the design of the (online) brand presentation and expanding the brand’s presentation on the sales floor. Schimeck recently completed his studies in international management and has already gained experience in the outdoor industry. He was most recently working in event management and sponsoring at Keen Footwear.
