Fjällräven will introduce waxing stations in specialist outdoor stores all over Europe starting in spring 2012. In Sweden, 25 retailers are already participating. Fjällräven is showing retailers how to use the waxing station and leaves it to the retailers to decide whether they want to charge their customers for the waxing service or use it as a free marketing tool. The waxing station helps increase, the water and wind resistance of G-1000 garments, which are made of 65 percent polyester and 35 percent cotton.
