The Forbes list of “America’s Best Employers” for 2021 has named Vista Outdoor, the U.S.-based owner of several ammunition and outdoor sporting brands, including Bell, Giro, Camelbak, Camp Chef and Bushnell Golf, one of “America’s Best Midsize Employers.” The Forbes list was compiled based on an independent survey of 38,000 Americans working at companies with at least 1,000 employees in U.S. locations. Each year, Forbes partners with a global leader in rankings and large-scale surveys to identify the nation’s top employers. The combined process includes anonymous employee surveys and a review of other publicly available materials and workplace metrics. According to Forbes Magazine, the mid-sized companies named to the 2021 list have risen to the occasion in the wake of the global pandemic, adapting in ways that benefit both their customers and their employees.
