Big Agnes, the Colorado-based outdoor brand that just hired Eric Einfeld as senior demand planner to meet the grwoing global demand for the brand’s products, has teamed up with two new distribution partners in Europe: Plein Nord Distribution will distribute Big Agnes in France and Andorra, while Roswi will distribute the brand throughout Scandinavia.
Plein Nord, founded in 1989, is based in Allonzier-la-Caille near Annecy, France. The company has 20 employees and handles several outdoor brands including Scarpa, Ultimate Direction and Klean Kanteen. Based in Taby, Sweden, Roswi was founded 70 years ago and is known to have a strong sales team as well as effective marketing, purchasing and logistics services. They also run an efficient warehouse, which ensures quick deliveries and a stable flow of products. Roswi currently distributes core outdoor brands, including Scarpa, Osprey, BioLite, Darn Tough, Victorinox and others.
