Edgar Tremmel Marketing, based in Ravensburg, Germany, is taking over the exclusive distribution of the American mountain sports brand Mountain Hardwear for Germany and Austria for five years with immediate effect. Mountain Hardwear was founded in California in 1993 and is wholly-owned subsidiary of Columbia Sportswear Comany and its products are distributed in 34 countries worldwide.
On Dec. 11-14, Edgar Tremmel Marketing is staging its annual customer event in Austria in cooperation with Gore-Tex, PrimaLoft and Recco, where invited retailers will be able to examine and test the products of the new season in detail. Besides Mountain Hardwear, the distributor’s other brands present at the event are Douchebags, Sweet Protection, dps Skis, Kang Poles, DU/ER, Happy Norwegian, Grayl and Earthwell.
