TKC Sales, a British distributor specializing in action sports and outdoor products, has been taken over by its managing director, Matt Woodruffe, and its finance director, Paul Wearmouth. Established in 1989 by Richard Boissevain, TKC distributes the products of about 50 brands, including outdoor brands such as Point 6 socks and Lowa footwear. It started off as The Kite Company and continues to be most active in board sports and action sports, with brands ranging from Rollerblade and Nordica to Element, along with many smaller brands and toys.
