Despite the cancellation of this year’s OutDoor by ISPO due to Covid-19, the ISPO Group has now announced that the Outstanding Outdoor awards will take place. Manufacturers and brands can apply online from 15 April. In addition to the online application, a product sample must be sent to the trade fair, which will be evaluated. The award jury will judge nine categories: Beyond Camping, Beyond Carrying, Beyond Measuring, Beyond Mountaineering, Beyond Sleeping, Beyond Training, Beyond Walking, Beyond Water and Beyond Wearing. The winners will be presented on ispo.com for an entire year and integrated into ISPO’s worldwide PR activities. All online entries for this year’s Outstanding Outdoors Awards benefit from fair entry fees.
In addition to Outstanding Outdoor 2020, ISPO Textrends Spring/Summer 2020 will also take place. The application deadline has been moved from April 30 to May 15. The jury meeting is postponed to June 4 and may, depending on the situation, take place virtually. The new Textrends Trendbook will also be available in the online store from June.
